Business Planning & Consulting

HCCA gives early stage companies the tools they need to fine tune a business strategy and begin the process of developing financial backing.  In essence, we become your business partner and, if necessary, will help you develop a business plan, investor slide presentation, and financial forecasts prior to entering the capital markets.  We also assist our clients in identifying and negotiating with potential strategic partners to assist in the commercialization and/or distribution of their product or service.
